JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Technician, key role is to do maintenance and repair work, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of coffee machines and equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, brewers, grinders, and other supportive equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address technical problems and find solutions.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Service the In-house equipment as soon as it is back in the office.
  • Upkeep of all the in-house Equipment, spare parts inventory and technical warehouse.
  • Supporting the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Direct Communication with External Partners & customers.
  • Daily cooperation with other sub-departments such as Sales, Trade Assets, Spare Parts, WH etc.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to technical inquiries or customer support.
