These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities. Our service providers are always looking for skilled and dedicated Service Technician, Lead Hand — the driving force behind our success and the heartbeat of our company. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair overhead doors, loading docks, and related equipment Complete work orders, inspection sheets, and capture site photos for documentation Maintain service equipment and ensure all tools are in safe, working condition Adhere to safety regulations and deliver exceptional customer service on every job Accurately complete daily truck and trailer logbooks to ensure CVOR compliance Oversee and mentor Service Technician Apprentices, providing guidance and support Coordinate and assist team members on complex installations and repairs Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion What we're looking for: 2+ years of lead hand experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power tools Comfortable working independently and at heights A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights Experience with loading docks and commercial overhead doors is an asset Previous experience in the automotive, construction, or skilled trades industries is an asset What's in it for you? $30.00 – 45.00/hr. plus paid overtime after 44 hours Weekly pay Comprehensive benefit (health, dental, life insurance) Tuition reimbursement & continuous training.
