Description
Overview Provide exceptional customer service by performing timely warranty & chargeable services. Responsibilities Report to production manager Monday – Friday @ 7am to receive schedule. Execute warranty/Chargeable service work for customers on schedule. Call customers at start of day to provide ETA Communicate throughout shift to PM to resolve warranty/chargeable services on site. Collect payment and complete additional work orders on site. Upload before and after photos of job sites. Inspect/maintain recycle, steel and garbage bins at shop. Qualifications Minimum Skills and competencies: Experience with exterior home improvements. Confident on ladder up to 44’. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with face to face customer service. Ability to drive long distances safely. Valid Driver’s license. Lift/Move/Carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and negligible amount consistently within perimeters of position responsibility. Desired Skills Gutter installation/service experience. Commercial driving experience.
