Description Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program has an opening for a Service Technician working full-time (35-hour per week) based in Perry County, Indiana. This position may also assist at other housing locations as needed. The role includes but is not limited to grounds maintenance, cleaning and preparing units to rent, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. Applicants must be able to work well with the public. Requirements High School graduate or equivalent required. Previous experience or training in grounds and essential residential maintenance is preferred. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance and travel locally and out-of-area as necessary. Must be able to pass the necessary background checks required for the position. LHDC staff work a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday.
