JOB SUMMARY

Packaging and automation machinery company is looking for service technicians to install and repair packaging machinery in the USA and overseas markets. Work would entail testing and troubleshooting of machinery in the company’s manufacturing facility in Scarborough, Ontario and then traveling to clients locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
NOTE: Candidates must live in the east end of GTA and surrounding area.

SKILLS

• customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
  -Ability to diagnose machine problems over the phone, in email and in person.
• Basic or advanced level of mechanical and/or electrical know-how required.
• Ability to travel, sometimes at a moments notice and sometimes for several weeks at a time.
• Ability to speak a second language is beneficial.
