• You will be responsible for recording and documenting spare parts requirements directly at our customers’ premises
• You will be responsible for the assembly and installation of spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on our machines
• You will carry out regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure system availability
• You will analyze and rectify technical faults (troubleshooting) and support our customers in identifying problems
• You will train and support our customers’ operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient use of the machines
