Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable RV Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with RVs and campers, this is a great opportunity in a fast-growing industry. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliances, and slide-outs Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and pre-delivery setups Troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues Document repairs and communicate findings clearly with customers and staff Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications: Previous RV, automotive, marine, or mechanical repair experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and service manuals Valid driver’s license; RVIA or similar certifications a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently What We Offer: Competitive pay with growth opportunities Steady workload year-round Supportive team environment Training and certification opportunities Benefits available for full-time employees (health, PTO, etc.) Requirements Job Skills Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
The Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain various RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. They will also perform routine inspections and document repairs while communicating findings to customers and staff.
