Description We are seeking a motivated and skilled RV Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and structural components Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards Install accessories and customer-requested upgrades Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality control checks Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time spent on repair orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and parts needs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and opportunities for certification Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company How to Apply If you are mechanically inclined and looking to build a career in the RV industry, we encourage you to apply.
