MineARC Systems UK are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our small, closeknit team in Reading. This role would involve both office and field work, travelling to a variety of sites around the European region to service our Refuge Chambers and other MineARC products.

• Provide technical support and on-site servicing of MineARC Refuge Chambers
• Diagnose and repair technical issues where possible
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to best use and service MineARC products
• Maintain accurate records for both our customers and MineARC
• Assist with technical installations and commissioning
• Promotion of MineARC products where possible
