The expected compensation range for this position is $21.50 - $23.854 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. The day-to-day: Our Service Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Responsibilities

The Service Technician is responsible for keeping the living space in top shape by completing work orders and performing routine check-ups for residents. This involves hands-on skills across various maintenance areas to ensure a well-maintained environment.
