DESCRIPTION
Provisioning, Repair, Deployment and Advance exchange of Mobile devices throughout Europe from our Wexford operations centre in Ardcavan is one of our core service.
As a service technician, you are responsible for providing diagnostic and triage services to determine the state of different mobile products (Phones, Tablets, and Computers). The diagnostic service is a critical component to provide the customer with a proper representation of the device problem and a good estimate of the repair requirements .
As a technician you will have the responsibility of diagnosing, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling electronic devices. Along with those responsibilities you will also be required to maintain an efficient and productive work area that will allow you to perform your repair duties in a professional and effective manner.

As part of our commitment to high quality standards, our technicians are trained to an excellent level and can work very quickly to complete repairs which uphold the MTech Mobility brand standards. Other task may involve part ordering, research and development, and inventory management. You will be responsible for keeping yourself up to date on the newest electronic devices and their functionality.
