A Day in the Life of a Service Technician As a Service Technician, you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you help manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs. You’ll be responsible for: * Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment * Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks * Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs * Replacing locks, screens, and hardware * Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping * Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly * Take pride in maintaining the property's clean and safe appearance—and making sure everything runs smoothly for our residents Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Maintenance experience in property management * Ability to be "on-call" 24/7 for emergencies * Valid driver’s license Do you work well under pressure?
