What You'll Do In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot and repair industrial and commercial cleaning and packaging equipment, ensuring customers always receive reliable, high-quality service. Responsibilities include: Testing equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, sweepers, etc.) to determine issues. Repairing or replacing parts, performing adjustments, and retesting equipment. Completing detailed service reports for every job. Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area. Traveling to customer sites to perform repairs and build strong relationships. Setting up and testing new equipment prior to delivery. Supporting fellow Service Technicians and other departments as needed. Requirements What You Bring Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Strong troubleshooting skills and sound decision-making ability. Excellent communication and customer service orientation. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75–125 lbs., work in tight spaces, and perform physical movements such as bending, kneeling, crouching. Work Environment Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, temperature changes, and fragrances or odors from cleaning equipment and chemicals. Moderate noise levels typical of industrial settings.
