What We’re Looking For * Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. * Very strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. * EPA certification required (Type I and II or Universal). * CPO certification preferred. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a resident-first mindset. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors).
