nstallation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of medical devices at customer sites throughout Switzerland
Performing functional tests, diagnoses and technical troubleshooting
On-site training and instruction of users
Independent planning and coordination of service operations
Documentation of work using service reports and digital tools
Technical support for the sales team during customer visits, product presentations and conferences
Advising customers on services and service contracts
Close collaboration with back office, sales, warehouse and other internal departments
Participation in product training and further education courses at home and abroad
