The opportunity Continental Cars Porsche is offering the opportunity for a motivated and skilled Porche Certified Technician to be part of our high performing and driven service team. Based in Newmarket and reporting to the Service Manager, your day-to-day will see you undertake a wide range of mechanical work associated with the pre-delivery inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of new and customer vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications. You will also be responsible for the following: Check the general state of customers vehicle and run a thorough diagnostic test. Test drive vehicles and perform quality control checks to ensure completion of work. Support and advise our other technicians in the team, maintaining a high standard of workmanship and team upskilling. Undertake all necessary training in accordance with dealership standards. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate MUST be a Porsche certified technician, with at least 5+ years of experience with Porsche vehicles either here or overseas, with ability to provide evidence of certifications. They will also have: Strong mechanical skills and electronic diagnostic experience. Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and organisation skills. Be able to work under pressure.
