JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working Hours: 5 days (3 days in Singapore, 2 days in Johor) (8.30am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,100 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

• Provide on-site technical support, installation and maintenance for printers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on various printer models.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of printers.
• Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
