JOB DESCRIPTION

- Position Title: Service Technician (Printer)
- Working Location: Aljunied/JB
- Working Hours: 5 days (3 days in Singapore, 2 days in Johor) (8.30am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,100 + AWS

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support, installation and maintenance for printers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on various printer models.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Provide technical training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of printers.
- Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
