As a Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, and Slingshots * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals * Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers * Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality * Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction * Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions * Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience as Service Technician is preferred * Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and good driving record * Motorcycle endorsement preferred and required for some technician roles.
