Now we’re looking for motivated, mechanically minded individuals to join our growing Service Department. Position Summary We’re seeking a technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of Powersports vehicles. Automotive Technicians are welcome to apply — we provide training! If you’ve got a background in automotive repair and a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, or engines, this is your chance to turn that passion into a career. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other Powersports vehicles Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper tool use Communicate effectively with service writers about repair needs Follow all safety and quality control procedures Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive or Powersports Technician or related mechanical role Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Powersports systems and technology Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule Compensation: Hourly + Performance Base Benefits: Competitive hourly pay plus bonus based on billed hours. 401(k) retirement plan.
