What You’ll Do

• Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards
• Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will share best practices to further improve the service experience

• Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

Jouw taken:

• Onderhouden, repareren en verbeteren: Met specifieke Tesla software en geavanceerde gereedschappen zul je reparaties en onderhoud uitvoeren aan alle Tesla modellen, met of zonder supervisie, naar gelang je kennis
• Sta garant voor top kwaliteit: Maak je werk in één keer goed af; we vertrouwen jou dat je de voertuigen waar je aan werkt met de hoogste zorg behandelt en nauwkeurig inspecteert voordat ze terugkeren naar hun berijder, of voordat ze voor de eerste keer naar een nieuwe berijder gaan
• Samenwerking: Je zult samenwerken met lokale en regionale teams, ondersteuning leveren waar nodig, en best practices delen om de gehele Service ervaring te verbeteren
• Ontwikkel: Je zult worden getraind door een toegewijd intern team van trainers, zodat je alles komt te weten over Tesla technologie en het werken aan onze voertuigen

What You’ll Bring

• Experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
• Technically qualified: Preferably, you have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in The Netherlands
• A good communicator: You speak and write English and/or Dutch well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars)
• Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs and detail cars, when needed

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Jij bent:

• Technische ervaring: Je hebt ervaring met het werken aan auto’s, of een opleiding gevolgd richting autotechniek, luchtvaart, scheepsbouw of een soortgelijke industrie. Je zal zelf je ontwikkelingen moeten bijhouden
• Goed in communicatie: Je spreekt en schrijft Engels en/ of Nederlands, en kan je mening duidelijk en respectvol overbrengen
• Veilig op weg: Je bent in het bezit van een Europees rijbewijs, zodat je onze voertuigen kan besturen
• Flexibel: Je hebt geen problemen het werken op onregelmatige tijden indien nodig. Je bent bereid om te reizen voor het uitvoeren van mobiele reparaties
