With over 75 years of experience and a reputation for excellence, we’re now expanding our Leicester FordStore workshop team and are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician / Vehicle Mechanic to join us.
If you’re experienced in vehicle servicing and repair and want to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking company, this could be the perfect next step.
This role is open to technicians from a variety of backgrounds – for example, you may have worked at Halfords, Kwik Fit, or an independent garage. What matters most is your passion for delivering high-quality work, your Level 3 IMI qualification (or equivalent), and your commitment to ongoing professional growth.

• Carrying out scheduled service and repair work on customer and used vehicles
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards
• Accurately recording work completed and parts used
• Supporting and mentoring apprentice technicians when required
• Keeping up to date with new models, technologies, and manufacturer training
