Seriomac is looking for a Service Technician for its Headquarters in Seriate, Bergamo.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems
• Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
• Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
• Good knowledge of English

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role in a company producing machines

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carries out the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and auxiliary equipment (leak tester, box filler, tray packer, stacker,cameras, etc.)
• Provides technical support on testing and commissioning new machines
• Tests production lines, in particular EBM machines, pick and place, tray packers, control and vision systems, etc.
• Provides support to plants in start-up phase of new plants in identifying and solving technical problems to ensure timely start of industrial production
• Makes changes necessary for the line’s efficient operation
• Collaborates with the technical office in order to suggest improvements
• Travel for about 50% of the time.
