This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The Service Technician will work with various tools and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

  • Journeyperson/Red Seal Automotive Technician with 2+ years of experience.
  • Possession of a full set of tools.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Required technical and computer skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on client and internal vehicles in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Complete and review repair orders and vehicle inspection reports with Service Advisors. Explain any additional maintenance work required to customers to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Liaise with Management, Service Advisors, and Installers to ensure smooth communication and that all commitments are met.
  • Provide quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards, performing tasks in compliance with flat rate time allowances.
  • Keep vehicles clean and free of damage by using seat covers and floor mats.
  • Perform other duties as required.
