We’re seeking a Senior Service Technician to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and repairing a fleet of specialized concrete mixer trucks. In this senior-level role, you’ll be hands-on with a variety of complex equipment, performing advanced diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs. You'll also serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced technicians—sharing your knowledge, guiding best practices, and helping to build a high-performing service team. This is your chance to work on essential, heavy-duty vehicles that keep critical construction projects moving, all while developing your leadership skills in a supportive and safety-focused environment. YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Repair vehicles and various equipment and estimate the amount of repairs; by conducting field service calls, and frequent inspections. Act as a mentor for other technicians that are still learning. Assist and teach others how to look up parts and service information; developing their understanding of the field techniques. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and test different types of vehicles to ensure proper working condition. Support other technicians in the resolution of equipment issues. Collaborating in the writing and review of work manuals and procedures methods. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or its equivalent. Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Valid Driver’s License. STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS Experience gained from attending additional education. Verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Understanding and incorporating safety regulations within the work environment. Experience as a Field Service Technician. Experience mentoring others WORKING CONDITIONS The following represents general working conditions for this role. This role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments. In the office setting, tasks may require extended computer use, sitting, and attending meetings. Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors, standing, moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels. Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed. OSKHIGH1917 #LI-KL1 Pay Range: $57,600.00 - $90,400.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
