Our job is to make sure that it never changes. Currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Based in Des Moines, Iowa, our company values expertise, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a Field and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our roofing and carpentry projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in roofing installation, possess strong carpentry skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with our Production Manager and Roofing teams. Qualifications: Previous roofing installation experience with comprehensive knowledge of various roofing systems. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably at varying roof pitches and heights. Dependability, punctuality, and strong time management skills. Problem-solving aptitude and a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a team player. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License. Responsibilities: Conduct roofing repairs, fascia/soffit repairs, and leak mitigation. Execute window repairs and demonstrate proficiency in carpentry skills. Inspect and identify issues for proper repair. Review scope of work for materials needed and ensure accurate documentation. Complete daily paperwork and work orders promptly.
