Job Details Job Location: Ravenswood Terrace - Chicago, IL 60640 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly We are looking for an experienced Service Technician for our residential property, Ravenswood Terrace. Our Service Team contributes a high level of residential property maintenance knowledge and skill to the operation of the property. This position has the overall responsibility for maintaining our apartment homes, common areas and grounds, with particular attention toward efficiency, safety and asset protection. This individual will assist our Service Manager with the responsibility of managing expenses within the allotted budget, janitorial duties, preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and ensuring that our residents are provided superior service.
