OUR OPPORTUNITY

NEPEAN Transport currently has an excellent opportunity, we are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The workshop is based in Campbelltown NSW but requires travel across Sydney, and across Australia. This autonomous role is essentially responsible for providing prompt, and effective resolution to equipment breakdowns.

A typical day will have you out in the field, assisting our valued customers across Australia. Calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs on roller brake testers, equipment breakdowns, and upgrades will be the norm, all whilst managing key customer stakeholders. Key responsibilities also include.

  • Conduct calibration of brake testers, equipment upgrades
  • Assist with equipment breakdowns & troubleshooting.
  • Commissioning and training of new installations
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Clearly communicate to customers the problem found and the solution required.
  • Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge.
  • Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.
