The role assists in performing vehicle repairs and maintenance, supports technical guidance, and ensures service standards are met by diagnosing issues and providing technical support, all while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. What will YOU do? Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction Inspect vehicles to identify faults or issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems Report detected issues and repair needs to the Team Leader for further action Record work completed and time spent on repairs for accurate documentation Advise the Job Controller about additional repairs or recommendations for service Restore vehicles to their original condition as required by service standards Handle completed vehicles by moving them to designated areas and notifying the Job Controller and Team Leader Participate in quality checks and rework jobs with a positive and open attitude Participate in technical training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on service techniques Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and handling tools properly What will YOU need? At least 1-2 years of experience in vehicle inspection, maintenance, or a related field. Completed a 2-3 year diploma from a college or vocational/technical school in automotive technology or a related course. NC2 certification from TESDA is an advantage. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools Strong attention to detail with basic skills in reading repair orders and service manuals.
Responsibilities
The Service Technician performs vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. They also inspect vehicles for faults, report issues, and maintain a clean work environment.
