We’re on the hunt for a Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Services team, based in Alexandria. You’ll keep our customers’ equipment in top shape - primarily through servicing and also supporting with workshop-based installs and pre-deliveries.
This is a customer-facing, hands-on role supported by a close-knit team and equipped with the tools and training to deliver first-time fixes and quality outcomes.

• Attending service calls across metro Sydney (plus occasional travel from Central Coast to South Coast)
• Providing preventative maintenance and breakdown support to wholesale and café accounts
• Preparing machines in the workshop, including installs and pre-deliveries
• Replacing water filters and monitoring equipment condition
• Collaborating with Service Coordinators to plan your week
• Participating in monthly national/state on-call rotations (e.g. for weekend emergencies)
• Working on premium equipment, including:
• Nuova Simonelli & Victoria Arduino espresso machines
• Rex Royal S300 automatic machines
• Fiorenzato & Mazzer grinders
