CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed training to become a state-certified technician, specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of service screwdriving technology
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service (by phone and on site)
  • Good knowledge of the VW Group’s tightening technology standards, especially XML
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SAP
  • Willingness to travel, also internationally
  • Good command of written and spoken English
