Responsibilities

Technicians are responsible for efficient and accurate work following dealership and manufacturer standards, which includes completing system diagnostics, automotive troubleshooting, and testing. They must also maintain an organized shop area, road-test vehicles for quality assurance, and communicate service status updates to service advisors.
