Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues. Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues reported by tenants, including leaks, faulty wiring, and malfunctioning appliances. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Groundskeeping: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the property's exterior areas. Perform landscaping tasks and snow removal as needed. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Report safety hazards and participate in regular safety training sessions. Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide detailed documentation for completed work orders. Tenant Interaction: Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance schedules and repairs. Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient property operations. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
