JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechatronics Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical systems, industrial automation equipment, and robotics. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, with a hands-on approach to solving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience (2–4 years preferred) as a technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or automation environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI interfaces, Drives and industrial robotics is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain clear documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• NITEC or higher NITEC Certificate or any other professional qualification

• Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery, robotic systems, and production equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and control components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Assist in the design and implementation of improvements to existing equipment.
• Work with engineering teams to test and commission new machinery and prototypes.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service logs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on new equipment and technologies.
