Description:
Our company is seeking a Service Technology Consultant to join our team. The Service Technology Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on the use of our technology to improve their service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and technology, with a solid understanding of how to integrate the two.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Support Customer in Error Detection and Solve,
- Designing Simulation of failure situation for analysis
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs in automated testing and customize technology solutions to meet those needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our technology solutions and make recommendations for further improvement to our R&D
- Deliver training and support to clients on the use of technology solutions. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and customer service trends to ensure clients remain competitive.
Who You Are: You make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Master’s or diploma degree in engineering, informatic or related field.
- Experience in customer service or related field.
- Advanced English and German language skills (B2/C1).3 + years of experience with technology solutions electrical and mechanical plant design and automation tools.
