If you are interested in becoming a Modernist and working on the future of our brand, please see below our new opening for the role of Service in Athens You will be responsible to serve our guests throughout the hotel F&B spaces and room service, creating a personalized guest experience through meaningful interaction. You will be part of the F&B Team, covering different shifts. Taking guest orders and serving food and beverage items. Making all necessary preparation of food and beverages, cleaning & set-up to deliver the required service. You'll present menu, make any specific recommendations and answer any guest queries, creating a personalized guest experience through meaningful interaction. Interacting with our guests in a highly professional yet unpretentious manner, playing your part in making their stay memorable. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction levels. Lend a hand to not only guests but your colleagues and team alike - we’ve always been in it together. Working closely with the Front Office team to make sure the overall operation is running smoothly. Take health and safety seriously and follow all health & safety standards, fire & security procedures, and ensure you’re working in a safe manner at all times. Candidate profile: Customer-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way. Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills. Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4-5* hotel. Competent F&B skills (service, barista, bartending) Excellent use of the English language.
