We are looking for a Service to Sales Consultant to join the team. The Service to Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and engaging current service and lease customers who may be eligible to upgrade into a new vehicle. This role acts as a bridge between the service drive and sales department, focusing on guest experience, retention, and generating new vehicle opportunities and vehicle acquisitions through data-driven outreach. Respond to seller inquiries, arrange and conduct vehicle inspections leveraging tools such as KBB, market data and condition reports. Review vehicle condition reports. Engage service customers in the drive to acquire their vehicle. Conduct equity mining using dealership software tools to identify customers in a favorable position to trade in or upgrade. Educate customers on current incentives, special financing, or loyalty programs to support an upgrade conversation. Schedule and coordinate upgrade appointments with the sales team or assist directly in the sales process. Maintain detailed notes and follow-up activities in CRM systems to ensure continuity of communication. Collaborate with the service and BDC departments to identify target customers and deliver a seamless upgrade experience. Track appointment conversions and sales resulting from upgrade initiatives. Work with management to identify current inventory needs. Support dealership sales and retention targets by contributing to monthly goals and promotional campaigns.
