SERVICE TOWER CONTROLLER

We are currently looking for a fulltime service tower controller for our busy and growing Service Department. Competitive salary based on experience. Automotive knowledge would be an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain constant flow of work into shop. Making sure that the work is assigned to the proper mechanic in their skill level.
  • Opening and closing work order paying attention to details ie-parts on proper lines, technician notes and pricing.
  • Supply estimates for used car department and customer’s if required.
  • Effectively communicate with departments and techs
  • Completing Ontario Safety sheets.
  • Knowing and understanding the warranty perimeter out lined by Chrysler Canada and aftermarket warranty.
  • Able to help with overflow of phone call and able to book appointments with clarity of customer concerns.
