ROLE OVERVIEW FOR SERVICE TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Wondering what your day-to-day could look like as our new Service Training Supervisor? In this role, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and management of training programs for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) under long-term service agreements. This role is crucial in ensuring that maintenance and technical personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain energy storage systems effectively and safely. The Service Training Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, safety, and external partners, to deliver effective training aligned with industry standards and company objectives.
The training program initiated within the North American region will become the standard and foundation from which we transfer the training programs to the other regions. The North American training center will become the global training center that not only develops the programs but also transfers the program to other regions. Your work will directly impact our mission to create a cleaner, brighter future. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SERVICE TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum, tasked based certification program for the integrated systems and subsystems for not only e-Storage field teams but also for 3rd party service providers.
• Develop Train the Trainer program for BESS maintenance and operations, including safety protocols, equipment handling, system diagnostics, and emergency procedures.
• Create training materials, manuals, and assessment tools tailored to meet LTSA requirements and industry standards.
• Create e-Learning modules and library for the varies training programs
