Job Description: What We're Looking For... We are looking for IT Service Transition Analyst who are eager to start their careers in IT Service Management and IT Operations. In this role, you will help facilitate the smooth transition of services into DXC IT Operations, working closely with project and service teams. Responsibilities: Weekly meeting with Project Manager to review open STM requirements Ensures that the following requirements are carried out as part of handover for changes going into SAP Production Systems (OSS-FPS-M360) Provide Service Transition updates via email to DXC SM team Coordinate review with DXC SM team on possible support model updates Schedule needed Knowledge Transfer (KT) training sessions and get KT signoff Provide STM signoff in all project related Change Records (CR) Align with DXC SM on possible OLTP/manual changes in Production system Enforce Early Life Support (ELS) plan to be followed by project team and DXC SM team during ELS phase of project Review and report status of ELS defects to DXC SM team Ensure all requirements in Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC) are completed upon handover (i.e. ELS closure criteria, handover signoffs) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams Willingness to learn IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL-based processes At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
