THE ROLE:
As a Service Transition Manager you will be working in an internal and customer facing role which is responsible for managing the transition of new and changing services and their support for complex programmes and projects.
Day-to-day, you will be working closely with the Head of Tech & Service Operations to ensure that service management and operational requirements are met during project delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Working as a Subject Matter Expert providing Service Design and transition
Leading on the transition of services and solution into Live Service, as required ensuring service operations is ready to support the servic
Working with Service Design and Transition colleagues, the service desk and technical operations team to ensure service design artefacts are included within the backl
Ensuring all aspects of service readiness are completed prior to go l
Coordinating with project managers, service owners, development and operational t

Defining and managing the early life support and the transition plan to BAU owne
