Job Characteristics: Provides the right service standard for the division through his service technicians in close co-ordination with Field Sales. Give optimum technical support to Field Sales by delivering optimum service standard to HC customers. Plan, prepare and evaluate customer contacts. Report results of customer contacts and planned activities to supervisor on regular basis. Training customer’s employees and decision makers in technical matters. Execution of special projects. Education/Work Experience: Technical aptitude. Training background as electrician. 2-3 years of job experience as technician. Product & industry knowledge Pharmaceutical certificate.
