We’re seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Advisor to support our specialist team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in a role that requires flexibility and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and reconciling warranty claims while assisting service advisors. A strong focus on customer service excellence is essential. You will need to: Have excellent time management skills to ensure that warranty claims are submitted in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines Have a close attention to detail in preparing invoices, warranty claims and managing recalls Have a strong administration and customer service background Have the ability to work autonomously Be very proficient preparing power-point presentations and inserting audiovisual elements. What are we looking for?
