We are looking for a We-Owe Coordinator to join our team. At Kendall Ford and Hyundai Vancouver, our Service Departments are a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Backs up Internal Service as needed for coverage Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. Previous automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The coordinator will be responsible for calling and scheduling customers for accessory installations, updating accounting notes, and managing the opening and closing of repair orders. Duties also involve coordinating with vendors for scheduling and purchase orders, as well as managing the rental vehicle schedule.
