Due to continued growth of both our retail workshop and new line pump sales we are currently looking for a Full Time Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the role is to assist the workshop service team in managing the daily workflows which will include repair, diagnostic and servicing of concrete pumping equipment and parts.
Full training of W Win Engineering product lineup, workshop services and organisational policies and procedures will be provided to the successful candidate.

The key tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordination of workshop and service technicians to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling the trades staff to project jobs and repairs
  • Taking phone bookings from customers in need of workshop or onsite service jobs
  • Supporting service technicians and field staff with job allocations and administration
  • Maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Quoting and invoicing of service jobs
  • Working closely with service technicians and liaising with customers to ensure timely completion of all workshop service jobs

The following attributes will serve the successful applicant well in this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry including workshop, service and supervisory functions (Preferable, full training provided to the successful candidate)
  • Sound mechanical knowledge
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Competent in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong desire to learn about products and services
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environmen
