Qualifications * Customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Computer skills and the ability to learn new software * Knowledge of tools and equipment * Experience with warranty claims: previous experience in handling warranty claims is preferred We’d Love If You Have * Mechanical aptitude or previous service writing experience. Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to sit, stand, and walk for most of the shift. * Occasionally push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
