JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking heavy equipment repair services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, and facilitating communication between customers and the service department. Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an heavy truck repair or dealership environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Parts and service experience is a benefit.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
