Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In perso

• Professionally greet and interact with customers by phone and in person
• Open repair orders with the most accurate information from the customer
• Schedule repairs as required, maintaining a good shop repair time balance
• Build estimates for repairs, working with other departments
• Communicate with customers the status of their vehicle and explain the repairs that have been done or are needed
