Description San Diego Motorsports DBA: Fun Bike Center is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced full time Service Writer to join our team. We represent the following brands in our San Diego location: HONDA, YAMAHA, KAWASAKI, SUZUKI, BRP / CAN-AM AND ARTIC CAT. Our product lines include motorcycles, watercraft, Side by Sides, ATV’s and generators. We value long term relationships with our customers and staff, and are looking for candidates with a passion for powersports, great attitude, and outstanding work ethic. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Writing service repair orders -Interact with technicians -Manage service jobs in progress -Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers and OEM factories -Sales driven/ meet monthly sales goals Requirements: -Exceptional customer service skills -Basic motorsports knowledge -Strong sales skills and communication skills - written and verbal -Ability to work Saturdays (5 day work week) -Must be organized, have a positive attitude, and driven to help customers -Ability to use the web as a resource -Clean driving record and current California driver’s license Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus. We work hard, but have fun doing it.
