Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Automotive Service Writers should have a minimum of two years’ experience Must have the ability to effectively communicate customers’ needs both verbally and in the company FMIS system. Must have experience coordinating directly with customer drivers and operator’s vehicles for equipment that requires service and repair Must have computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel) and the ability to learn new FMIS systems.
