Agzone Inc. is a leading agricultural equipment dealership proudly serving the St. Paul, Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Vermilion and Lloydminster region. We are dedicated to supporting local producers with top-quality equipment, service, and expertise. We are currently seeking a Service Writer / Parts Technician to be the primary point of contact for our service department while also assisting with parts sales and inventory.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will focus primarily on service writing—managing work orders, coordinating with technicians, and providing excellent customer communication. In addition, the role will involve supporting the parts department by helping customers with parts inquiries and ensuring technicians have the components they need to complete repairs efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in service writing, parts, or dealership operations preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of agricultural equipment (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Computer proficiency; experience with dealership or service management software is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities

SERVICE (PRIMARY ROLE)

  • Greet and assist customers with service needs in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Open, manage, and close work orders with accurate details.
  • Schedule service jobs and communicate timelines clearly to customers.
  • Provide estimates, quotes, and invoices for repairs.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Maintain service records and ensure warranty claims are processed accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service is completed.

PARTS (SECONDARY ROLE)

  • Assist customers in finding and ordering parts for their equipment.
  • Support technicians by sourcing and organizing required parts for service jobs.
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers when required.
